Dixie Highway in Hollywood for $1.95 million. The buyers, F&C Kochen, LLC and JBK2, LLC, acquired the property from 6950, Inc. Adam J. Tiktin and Alejandro Snyder of TREIS and Edward Schmidt of NAI Miami represented the parties in this transaction. Closing took place on July 5, 2019.
Originally constructed in 2006, the building is situated on a .88-acre pad in a heavily populated residential area with over 140,000 residents within a three-mile radius. Advance Auto Parts has been a tenant since 2006 and extended its lease through Dec. 31, 2028.
