North Miami Beach, Fla. (May 25, 2016)—Adam J. Tiktin, an 18-year veteran of real estate, has officially parted ways with his former broker, Marcus & Millichap, to start his own commercial brokerage firm. Tiktin Real Estate Investment Services specializes in the sale of shopping centers, single-tenant net lease properties and office buildings.
Currently Chairman of the ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers) South Florida Idea Exchange and a member of NAIOP (the National Association of Office and Industrial Properties), Tiktin spent nearly 15 years at Marcus & Millichap and left at the top, finishing 2015 as “Miami’s Top Agent.” Tiktin has exclusively listed and sold over $800 million in more than 325 transactions. Some of his most notable multimillion-dollar deals include brokering the $15 million sale of more than two acres along Biscayne Boulevard in North Miami Beach to the CEO of Prestige Imports, as well as the $9.8 million sale of a shopping center in Port St. Lucie.
Making the jump with him are colleagues Justin Spiller, an investment associate; Alen Hernandez, a senior financial analyst; and Janina Phillips, his executive administrative assistant. His team represents shopping centers across the state, single tenant net lease properties nationally, and office buildings throughout the tri-county area.
Tiktin believes his personalized approach distinguishes him: “Clients turn to us for our track record for expertise in transactions, comprehensive market analysis and aggressive strategies. They trust us because we are committed to a higher level of service and an unmatched standard of integrity.”
