TREIS was previously leasing space at a multi-tenant office building in North Miami Beach. The new office provides the firm with double the square footage, which was necessary to accommodate the firm’s growth and plans for further expansion.
In 2018, TREIS increased its sales from $26 million to over $96 million with high-profile transactions that included the Ross Matz Investments’ Heron Bay office and retail portfolio in Coral Springs and the Nova Southeastern University campus in North Miami Beach. TREIS has an additional $24 million currently under contract and over $60 million in current exclusive listings. The firm’s core team of eight plans to grow to fifteen by the end of 2019.
